Week 2-Favorite Book

Love You Forever

This is my favorite children's book. My mom read this to me all the time and now I love to read this to my daughter. It has such a great theme that no matter what kind of messes or mistakes we make we will always be loved.

  1. This book brought tears to my eyes the first time I read it. Now that I have a daughter of my own, it takes on a whole new meaning. I actually bought this book for my husband for father's day to read to our daughter. He really connected with it as well. Robert Munsch has some great books. Some sweet and sentimental like this one and others that are so funny. Great choice Jennie!

  2. Hi Jennie,

This is my favorite book also! When I was in my early 20's and teaching Pre-1st I read this story to my class. It was in the morning so there were lots of moms, they were all crying. They looked at me and said- How can you read without crying? Once I had children of my own, I really got it. Now, I choke up each time I read it. I just love it!

  4. Wow Jennie,
I have never heard of this book; but after looking at your blog, I must read it. I just found it on the internet and it is amazing. I am not yet a parent, but this book still touched my heart. I can see why it made everyone cry. Children are a joy to have in your life, even throughout the hard times. I enjoy reading books and watching movies that make you think about life. This is sure to be one of the books I will add to my collection. Thanks for posting it.
